2. Manufacturing Unit 1 & Unit 2 - Bhiwadi, Rajasthan
Located in the RIICO Industrial Area, Bhiwadi - one of India's largest industrial hubs - our twin units give us scale and backup.
Unit 1 - Paint Manufacturing Unit:
• Automated High-Speed Dispersers, 500L to 5000L SS Mixing Vessels • PLC Controlled Tinting & Shade Matching System • Automatic Filling Line for 1L, 4L, 10L, 20L - Capacity 20,000+ Litres per day per unit • Fully enclosed, dust-free production for zero contamination
Unit 2 - Bucket Manufacturing & IML Division:
This is what makes us different.
We have installed IML-2000 In-Mould Labelling Systems where we manufacture our own 10 Ltr and 20 Ltr PP Paint Buckets.
WALMITRA SHEEN-GLO (Green-Gold), WALMITRA 2in1 ADVANCE (Pink Marble), PRIME-SHYNE (Maroon-Gold) -and more, are not pasted. They are fused inside the bucket wall during moulding. Result: 100% waterproof, scratch-proof, premium, and duplicate-proof packaging.
Together, both units have a warehousing capacity of 15,000+ ready buckets and bulk loading bays where trucks are dispatched daily.

At Bhiwadi, we produce:
• WALMITRA SHEEN-GLO - Premium Sheen Emulsion (Interior & Exterior), high washability • WALMITRA 2in1 ADVANCE - Primer + Paint in one, saves time & cost • PRIME-SHYNE - Luxury Emulsion with ultra-rich finish • Interior Distempers, Exterior Weather Protection, Primers & Putties
All available in our own IML buckets.
OUR LAB - WHERE IDEAS ARE BORN
Our R&D Lab in Bhiwadi is run by experienced Indian chemists and lab technicians. We experiment daily with polymers, pigments, and additives to create products that give:
• Higher coverage (Sq. ft. per litre) • Better whiteness & sheen • Longer durability in Indian heat & monsoon • Low VOC, eco-friendly formulations
Every batch is tested for viscosity, opacity, scrub resistance, and shade accuracy before it moves to the truck.
